Grab Your Pitchforks--We're Going to Wyoming!

I know President Obama and members of his government have a lot on their collective plate--they have since they arrived in late January. But could Eric Holder please, please take a couple of days to figure out what to do with former VP Cheney?? If not, we'll all have to take matters into our own hands and track him down ourselves. Then we will ride him out of this country on a rail--let the first foreign country he sets foot in arrest Dick Cheney and take him to the International Criminal Court to stand trial. He's a war criminal for sure.
So, what will it take to nail Dick Cheney? I will make Eric Holder's job easy and point him to the following: This has got to be THE smoking gun! I read the article, and am ready to perform a citizen's arrest, for 3 reasons:

1) Why did Vice President Cheney feel he had the authority to direct the CIA to lie to Congress? The lying part has been done before, contrary to what the Republicans in Congress would have you believe (when they chastised Speaker Nancy Pelosi for even daring to claim the CIA would do so). [As a side note, not one Republican representative has retracted what they said back in May. ] The problem with all of this is that in the past, only Presidents have told the director of the CIA to mis-lead Congress--never the Vice President.
2) Why do we allow one branch of government to lie to another? Call me naive, but isn't that why we have "checks and balances"--so one branch does not have more power than another, AND to keep everyone honest?
3) What was this "secret" program? Was it so blatantly illegal that Leon Panetta ordered it shut down shortly after taking office? This would be the "black sites" program--in my opinion, one of the more heinous programs (that we know of) the Bush administration authorized. Or is it the one that Mr. Panetta has ordered investigated just this week? If it is the latter (one where the CIA was stalking terrorist leaders in hopes of killing them), we have to ask ourselves--was our country doing it as a preventative measure or one of retribution?? We already have lost the respect of countless countries throughout the world, and for good reason, especially if we're going after terrorist leaders, not to bring them to justice, but to make them pay for the events of 9/11.
We're better than that. Contrary to what Mr. Cheney thought, our country, and its' people, have a long history of holding ourselves to a higher standard. Now it's time to prove it, once again, to the rest of the world. Please Mr. Holder--get out those handcuffs.
