Day 12 Celebrating Women's History Month in Photographs

March is Women's History Month.
I collect old photos--I try to find photos that look silly, because so often, old photos were carefully choreographed and stiff.
So often throughout history, women were ignored, their lives deemed trivial because they were not fighting the heroic fights or out in the public eye. We now realize how stupid that was; women's lives were just as important; their work just as important.
With those thoughts in mind, I have decided to post one photo every day of a remarkable woman, or women. We will probably never know who they were, but their lives mattered. If there is information on the back of the photo, I will post it.

I wish I knew the story here.

Mr. and Mrs.Lorenz Lederer. Does it bother anyone else that she doesn't have a name?
